Collection consists of correspondence between Morgan and Albert W. Morris of the Wetherill Morris Engineering Company (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), whose casting machine inspired Morgan's poem, "Creator Man," 1929-1931. Also a typed manuscript of "Creator Man," advertising brochures, and clippings by and about Morgan, 1930-1931.

Writer, poet, and social visionary, Angela Morgan (1875-1957) was probably born in Yazoo County, Mississippi. A reporter in Chicago and New York, Morgan's poems, articles, and short stories appeared in most of the major magazines of the time.
